[Naturally Asch is down in the tunnels, so whenever Guy gets there, he'll find Asch leaning against the wall not far from the ladder, looking... well, more tired than anything else. The only thing he's managed to do is straighten up and open the stupid journal.]

[A bit perplexed; you're not Guy.]

What? Yeah.

[voiced, filtered] <just figures Asch wouldn't want his issues more public than necessary

[Guy slides down the ladder fireman style, his boots clop clop clop on the cement and he slows to drop to a knee beside Asch, breathless from running.]

Asch?

[voiced, filtered] well isn't that nice of her

...I'm fine.

[Sup BF. Asch glances over at him, nodding in greeting. At least he's awake?]

...I need help getting up the ladder.

I'm sure Guy is on his way. If you could, please let me know when he reaches you.

I figured you would. [He's coherent and he responded to "Asch." Guy is satisfied for the moment. He reaches forward to slide his arms around Asch's torso and help him to his feet.]

...Fine.

[There's a long pause, and then, finally-]

He's here. [And he shuts the journal for the moment at that, because he's being carried off at the moment. He'll check back later.]

[that satisfied her. He's from her world, and minorly antagonistic or not, she wanted to be sure he was found]

Asch, what happened? Are you okay?

[dissonates]

[Asch mumbles something into his journal first and tucks it into his tabard before gripping Guy's shirt with one hand. He's feeling sort of sore, but not the same lousy feeling he'd felt after his kidnapping by the other Malnosso.]

How long?

[Voice]

[It's a while before he responds, since Guy has to get him home first. Oh, sup.]

[Uuugh. That means he'll have to hold himself upright. ...Oh well, he's forced himself to do more when feeling worse. He nods, shifting his position slightly to try and climb up.]
