[There's a little boy poking at the journal and flipping through it. He's rather curious and clueless about it, trying to figure out exactly what he should be doing with it. After a moment, he picks up the pen and starts scrawling lines over it, like he's trying to write but can't quite form the words.]

Mmm... [Asch squints, peering carefully up into the tree branches. After a moment, a bird flutters by and lands in the nest, and within seconds there's a chorus of cheeping.] ...Mama!
