[If you should happen to pass by the north bridge closest to the plaza, you might notice a redhead sitting by the riverside, legs folded, with the Key of Lorelei propped up against his shoulder instead of his usual sword. He doesn't look particularly angry or angsty or brooding, just... lost in thought. He's had a lot to consider with Natalia's kidnapping and Luke's lost memories. Among other things.

At some point or other, though, he does make a comment for the journal:]

Is it ever... too late to regret something? Or to apologize?

How do you make up for something that can't be taken back...?

No, not really. It happens so quickly that I usually don't even realize what's going on before he takes over.

You said it usually happens when you fight, didn't you?

Right, but I'm not doing a lot of fighting here, not like back at home.

So he comes out when tensions are high, or if you're having a good enough argument with someone.

Yeah. I've been trying to keep that from happening so that he doesn't come out at all, but I guess it hasn't been working that well.

You can't really help the situations around you. You need to learn to keep your nerves under control so he can't overwhelm you.

But what if we get attacked again?

Then you learn to use his power the way he's been using your body. I doubt it'll be easy, but in the end it'll be safer for everyone.

I'm going to try fighting him the next time I realize what's happening. I don't know if it will work, or even if I'll be able to realize what's going on in time, but I'll do my best.
