[If you should happen to pass by the north bridge closest to the plaza, you might notice a redhead sitting by the riverside, legs folded, with the Key of Lorelei propped up against his shoulder instead of his usual sword. He doesn't look particularly angry or angsty or brooding, just... lost in thought. He's had a lot to consider with Natalia's kidnapping and Luke's lost memories. Among other things.

At some point or other, though, he does make a comment for the journal:]

Is it ever... too late to regret something? Or to apologize?

How do you make up for something that can't be taken back...?

[Shifting awkwardly. These little heart-to-hearts with Tear of all people still weird him out.]

I don't see how forgetting who you are and who you know can benefit anyone.

[They weird her out a little bit, too, no worries. She smiles just a little.]

It's currently of no benefit, but from what I can tell, Luke has gotten to be quite skilled at taking experience in stride. [Also known as, Tear is ignoring the fact that she's kind of worried about him and being srs bsns.]

I haven't seen any evidence of that. [He has, somewhat, but like hell he's going to admit that.]

If he's done it to himself he'll need to face the consequences. If he refuses help then it's not our place to meddle.
