To all the New Feathers- I'm Asch, and right now I'm helping to run the bar, Good Spirits. The usual bartender is out of commission for a while, but if there's anything you need, I'll do what I can. If there's anyone with... special needs as far as drinks go, chances are it's probably here. Meryl works here too, and she's been in Luceti longer than I have, so you can ask her questions as well.

...And to everyone else as well, I've decided that the bar's going to run a contest. A while ago I mixed a drink at random, but I haven't named it yet. I'm not very good at that sort of thing, so I need someone to name it for me. Come to Good Spirits any time this week and I'll mix it for you, and if you think of a name for it, you can try for the contest. I don't know what the prize will be, but I can figure that out later. [He's clearly awesome at running contests.] The drink is alcohol, though, so I don't want any kids showing up.

[She gives a bark of greeting before she walks up to the bar table and- ...ffff, she can't sit in those itty bitty seats without falling over, so she stands on her hind legs and rests her paws on the wall to poke her head over! Only her head though, the table's kinda high.]

[....Ammy, that's ridiculous and you can't hold that pose for long. Asch huffs faintly and opens the door blocking the back counter from the rest of the bar so she can come in behind with him.]

[VICTORY! Ammy hurries on behind there and stands near him, wagging her tail vigorously. It's been a little while since she's seen you!]

[Yes, yes it has. And Asch demonstrates his "I've missed you" level by smiling, crouching down before her, and giving her head a good scratch.] Brat. You've been avoiding me.

[Nuh-uh, you've been avoiding me. She communicates this by giving a flat stare, although she does lean her head to the scratching, showing that she's not all serious.]

[Whatever you say, dogbreath. :| He'll keep petting her, though. Squishy's doing pretty good these days, and it probably shows.]

[Ammy notices this! It's good to see Squishy so happy instead of a ball of angst. At this, she leans in to give him a lick on the cheek!]
