I'm looking for an experienced weapon-based fighter who's not afraid to risk their life in a spar. I prefer swordsmen, but what I need right now is someone who can attack from a distance, dodge effectively, and defend themselves.

I won't lie and say it isn't dangerous. Don't offer if you're afraid of getting hurt.

And since Asch is just itching to get out of the house - awkward home situation is awkward - he'll be spending most of the afternoon/evening in the bar, practicing his drink mixes and trying to get a better feel for bartending. He's feeling just as socially clumsy as ever but a recent confidence boosting has him sort of... cheerful. Well, his version of cheerful, which is more or less just >:| with less > but hey. Baby steps. He's up for bothering and might actually be decently talkative. ....Just don't hold your breath.]

If there's a specific type you want from your world, we keep the specialty drinks in the back. It's better if you just tell me what it's called.

[They don't bring out the big bottles unless someone's on a binge drinking session.

Once he has the name, though, Asch nods and heads into the supply room, disappearing for a few moments before emerging with a dusty-looking bottle, setting it down on the counter and getting a glass.]

It's fine. [He pours the glass and slides it over to Sigmund, trying not to look like he's avoiding having to smell it.] You must've had it before to start with a drink this strong.

[Whoa, that is some drinker there. Asch eyes the bottle dubiously for a moment, then gets a shot glass and pours himself a mouthful.

...And then promptly regrets trying it.]

[ahahahaha... oops. Maybe he should apologize for not warning him?]

...Most people drink it with berry juice.

[At least he doesn't waste it by spitting it out. Still, Asch re-corks the bottle and slides it off to the side. He doesn't really drink on the job anyway.]
