Well it's probably somewhere between you reminding me of my grandson -- you'd look right handsome if you grew a beard, by the way -- and that I'm bored.

Because back where I'm from there hasn't been any proper nobles in a long, long time. I think that's why manners died out.

Nah, the people tried to replace them with this whole 'equality' idea. Most nations now practice some government called a 'democracy' or something like that now. Based on the Greeks way back whenever.
Equality between the peasants and the nobles? ... Huh. So it is possible...
They don't even use those titles anymore; for the most part they consider them 'archaic.' Most of the governing types these days are elected and whatever monarchies remain in various human nations are mostly just for show.
