[Uuuuugh, he really doesn't want to do this. Human resources has literally never been his department. Even when he was prepping to become the eventual king of Kimlasca, he had certain social issues that should've been worked on; growing up in Daath and earning a reputation fitting for Asch the Bloody just made them worse.

But he's tired of spending an absurd amount of hours at a bar that he can't decide whether or not he even likes anymore just because no one else is available, especially with half the staff missing. When Norma doesn't even bother showing up to work for several days in a row that basically cements it.]

...Good Spirits is hiring. Come to the bar this afternoon for an interview if you're interested in joining the staff.

She blinks and looks around, the room does not APPEAR to be blue so its obviously not her master but still.

"So you have found a better summoner? I see. That is a shame."

"I'm not hiring summoners, you idiot." God, is this woman touched or what? "Didn't you see the sign outside? The bar is called Good Spirits."

"A bar. I see. So this is what one is."

She looks over at Asch, "Do not confuse innocence with idiocy, not every incarnation of the mortal world is known by those who don't get to experience it, and attitudes like that drive away even the fattest of mailman."

"I'm not interested in fat mailmen, whatever that's supposed to mean. I need employees, preferably those who can walk into a place and know what it is."

Did she think he was a bottle collector or something?

"I'm told they make some of the most interesting patrons. I believe it was my sister who was to deal with the velvet room as a place for dispensing alcohol. Yet if it is simply preparing the drinks I doubt that it would be any more difficult than dealing with the atmosphere."

"I'm not interested in hiring someone I have to spend a lot of time training." Especially not weird girls who don't know what they're getting into.

She shrugs, "Given that disposition, you probably will not find much help as I suspect no one will fall under your exacting standards and lack of desire to train."

"What, you think you're the best this place has to offer? That's some ego."

"I don't know. That being said I'm not one to discount my own worth at the drop of a hat. Who is to say the best wouldn't simply go off on their own anyways?"

"That's a given in this place, anyway. No one stays forever. The rotating staff of this bar is evidence enough of that on its own."

"Then really any choice you make has little matter. Weather it be a trained bartender who vanishes or a dunce you are stuck with till they themselves are trained in the art."

"It matters when it comes down to how much training they receive before they're useful on their own."

She shrugs a bit, "You do not see the act of training as a chance to make another link with the world around you?"

"Links with the world around me, I can go without." God, she speaks strangely. He doesn't know what to make of it.

She eyes him oddly, the light reflecting off her gold eyes in a not quite sane way.

"Odd, you don't have the air of a hermit, especially not operating a place like this."

"I never said I was a hermit!"

"Yet you act as one, or at least you seem to from my viewpoint."

"Literally all you know about me is that I work in the bar."

"As well as what I have picked up from your mannerisms and speech now. Now I admit, I was not the master, merely an assistant but I have a base understanding of some things."

She looks Asch over and narrows her eyes a bit pondering, "Not a hermit in the lives alone and sees no one sense though. Something different."
