If anyone's still worried about Guy, he's doing better now. Because he's out of commission, though, Good Spirits is closed until further notice. Unless Meryl feels like looking after it on her own. Whatever, it's not important.

[People other than children are allowed to do that. Ammy doesn't mind in the least; In fact, she scoots in a little closer and turns her head just so to mimic returning the hug in the best way that she can.]

[Asch muffles a slightly frustrated laugh against her fur, not moving. She's cozy, and he's worried. Animals aren't as judgmental as people, and he doesn't feel like his pride is taking a beating just by showing a bit of weakness. If she was a talker, it would be a whole different story, but in this case...]

[Well, she's worried about you. Because of that, she gives a light whine. She's definitely more than a dog, but let's not go letting him know that. He can assume all he wants. To answer his question, though, she lets her tail move from side to side slowly.]

[He's not going to say anything else, just keep stroking her fur. This is kind of therapeutic, like touching Guy's hair only more fluff and less teasing. He's never had a pet before, and he knows she's not his, but the company is nice, even for just a little while.]

While this is going on in her mind, she stays still and allows Asch to do whatever he'd like or whatever he needs to do, and she'll reciprocate with nuzzles of her own and a lightly wagging tail. She likes quiet times like this, and she likes it when the person she's trying to help is obviously getting better.]

[It's really a good thing you don't say this stuff, Ammy. Really.

Petting and hugging is nice and all, but Asch is not really a fluffy person by nature, so before he gets too fidgety ~~or starts crying like a girl~~ he withdraws, getting back to his feet and giving her another idle scratch.]

...Let's take pity on the poor Squishy. After looking around and noticing a piece of paper lying somewhere in the hallway, she wanders inside to snatch the paper and bring it back to him, quick enough so that he won't think she's planning to break in or anything. As she drops it, she concentrates and writes on it in a neat style.

Once it hits the ground, Asch should read what's on there.

[You love me. :( She nods to that and wags her tail slowly. Amaterasu is a mouthful and she knows it.]
