[Totally locked from Bob for future lulz.]

I can't believe I'm doing this.

I'm Asch.

[.....Does he have to explain more?]

...Guy mentioned me the other day.

[More?]

...Don't feel obligated to talk to me just because he asked.

[Maybe that was too much.]

....I'll try to be friendly if you do, though.

[Wait that came out wrong.]

....Right.

[That should do it.]

[She listens to that ans gets so many questions flying through her head, but towards the end she can't help but ping on the most odd thing he mentioned:]

A landship?

[identity profile] forthezora.livejournal.com 2009-07-11 01:03 am (UTC)(link)
Well, Hyalians make work of carriages and wagons, but they tend to all be pulled by beasts of burden called horses.

[identity profile] forthezora.livejournal.com 2009-07-11 01:13 am (UTC)(link)
It is a boat which can traverse the land? [...What] That is astounding! In truth, Hyrule is fairly land-locked so I have never personally seen a ship of any considerable size, but that must be a most impressive sight.

[identity profile] forthezora.livejournal.com 2009-07-11 04:32 am (UTC)(link)
...I confess I am still amazed by the concept of a landship but I assume and airship can soar in the clouds?

[identity profile] forthezora.livejournal.com 2009-07-11 08:22 am (UTC)(link)
Amazing! That's... it must be travel so quick...

[identity profile] forthezora.livejournal.com 2009-07-11 06:35 pm (UTC)(link)
I... would imagine... [Ignore her she's still amazed]

[identity profile] forthezora.livejournal.com 2009-07-11 08:50 pm (UTC)(link)
No I just... the concept of sailing in the sky is alien to me. While there are some magics which can manage something close in Hyrule they are very few and far in between.

[identity profile] forthezora.livejournal.com 2009-07-11 09:16 pm (UTC)(link)
Not that... I am familiar with. [He ignorance of Hyrule as a whole is showing, so she decides to derail this by snorting lightly, and then finishing the thought]

The tribes which I am aware of are of course my Zora, the Gorons, the Guredo, the Koriki, the all-but-vanished Sheikah, and of course the Hylians.

[identity profile] forthezora.livejournal.com 2009-07-11 09:32 pm (UTC)(link)
I confess I had never even heard of the human tribe before my arrival here. However... a replica?

[identity profile] forthezora.livejournal.com 2009-07-11 10:34 pm (UTC)(link)
That's... [She actually knows of one instance like that, but she finds it hard to consider that the same. Still, if it is even the least bit similar then...] How would such a thing come to pass?

[identity profile] forthezora.livejournal.com 2009-07-11 10:40 pm (UTC)(link)
If there are many of them, it must make things oddly complicated.

[identity profile] forthezora.livejournal.com 2009-07-12 06:53 pm (UTC)(link)
I... suppose if you must, then you must. [...Pause] Do the replicas have a difference in their, [...How to word this...] basis?

[Fail filter]

[identity profile] forthezora.livejournal.com 2009-07-12 06:57 pm (UTC)(link)
[...A sigh, and then she figures the only way she can explain this is to tell it directly]

Some time ago, my f- a dear friend of mind had something like a "replica" made of him. But this copy, this... copy, I suppose... was formed entirely of darkness. The fiend which was made was everything that L- my dear friend was not. Where my friend was a hero, the creature born was a villain.

What made them up was entirely different in that respect.
