[It's been a few days since Asch and Luke were split, and someone's finally recovered enough to wake up. There's a lot on his mind, but the first and foremost issue he takes care of, upon finding his journal by the nightstand, is:]

...I need something to eat.

[After which he starts flipping through the journal to see what he's missed, since he'll be damned if he's going to fall out of bed and crawl to the kitchen for it.]

That's so generous of you! [Guy shakes the water from his hands and stands to retrieve a towel.] But I think you've been in here long enough. What say we get you back to bed?

[Asch scoffs faintly - at the generous bit more than anything else - and nods, shifting to lift himself up out of the tub and sit on the edge.] If I get sick from this you'll just tease me more.

I might not this time. Besides, I might take the opportunity to tease you, but that doesn't mean I want you sick. [Guy attempts to find a non-girly way to wrap up Asch's hair and fails.]

So your teasing has conditions?

Of course it does! [Out of the tub, you.]

And I assume you'll brush it off if I ask for specifics. [I'm out, I'm out D|]

Of course not. I pledged my honesty to you.

Hm. [There's a pause as he considers this, and then:] ...You don't always have to be honest, Guy.

If that's what you want.

...I'm just saying. [Pause, because this is kind of difficult to admit.] ...You can enjoy yourself, too.

But to do it at the expense of other people is pretty rude, so I should watch that. [To your feet, soldier.]

Maybe. [Guy, you're making this difficult.] But- ...maybe when it's for... [Come on, you can say it-] ...fun... it's alright.

You sure about that?

[...] I'm sure you'll make me regret it at some point.

Are you regretting it now?

I'm not that sensitive. Just don't go overboard.

Aye aye Captain. [Helping Asch to his room now, though he'll guide him into a chair rather than to his bed.]

[This has Asch puzzled, since he'd figured he was banished to bed immediately, but he follows Guy's directions without question. Ta da, he can behave sometimes.]

[It'll probably become more obvious once Guy starts stripping.

The bed, that is.]

[Ba-da boo- oh.

brb watching and waiting. Though it's nice to get back to the norm of seeing Guy doing menial tasks. When he and Luke had been joined, there'd been too much awkward tension that he hadn't wanted to watch.]

[The dirty laundry goes into a pile in the corner to be dealt with later and Guy ducks out briefly to retrieve clean linen from the closet. Ahhhh, servant work. He loves it so.]

[It's actually kind of amazing that he's so easily pleased by it.] How did you end up liking this so much?

Hmm... [Guy fluffs the sheet out over the bed before tucking in the corners.] You know, I'm not sure. I've never bothered analyzing that.

No grand revelation about your new lot in life?

Doesn't look like it! [Pillows into pillowcases, then a quilt atop all of it.]
