After a long moment of hesitation he reaches out a hand and cautiously curls his fingers around Luke's, asking silently for permission. He's almost eleven, not a child anymore... but he's been lost and alone for a long time.]

I think you went back to Daath with Van, even after you escaped. I don't know why... since I was so young.

You didn't make it home to Baticul until over 7 years later, though.
