Erhm, sir -- it's not fully furnished yet, but construction has been completed on a small fort outside the village area meant to serve as a training ground. I've checked it myself and there is no mud in there if you wish to make use of it.

There is adequate lighting as well.

Two boys were using it for training earlier when I was setting up the weapon racks in storage. You're free to use it as you will, though I can't promise certain things will be stocked properly yet. There's torches, some vulneries and one or three training dummies.
