[It's been a few days since Asch and Luke were split, and someone's finally recovered enough to wake up. There's a lot on his mind, but the first and foremost issue he takes care of, upon finding his journal by the nightstand, is:]
...I need something to eat.
[After which he starts flipping through the journal to see what he's missed, since he'll be damned if he's going to fall out of bed and crawl to the kitchen for it.]

[Action]
Yes. I'm a Poncle. [And before he can even say that word, she hastily rolls the flask towards him.] Here. It's still hot, so be careful, but it's fresh.

[She smiles once Asch takes a sip of the tea she made him and hops onto his knee, staring at him. Or, well, more his hair. She's seen many people with odd colored hair, her favorite being the ones that reminded her of gold or wheat, but his was right up there. Tilting her head, she giggles quietly.]

[Action]
You really do resemble a phoenix! Your hair is the color of the sunrise, and you even have the crown. [She points to his fringe with her other hand and is very tempted to braid what she's already holding. Or play in it.]
[Action]
[No, he won't be bitter about everything. Really.]
[Action]
She's curious about this "replica" thing - seriously, what the heck was that? - but he seems to need cheering up. She begins to braid his hair slowly, lidding her eyes and smirking.]
You've never seen a proper sunrise, then. Right before she rises, the Sun turns the sky a deep red like this. And the cloud all turn purple. Sometimes the colors get reflected on the snow back home, too, it's so beautiful~
[Action]
He doesn't really even notice her braiding his hair, thinking of home.]
The sun rises and sets the same way every time in Auldrant... white and gold on an orange sky.
[Action]
Aul...drant. Is that your home? [She smiles and hopes he'd go on. She's always willing to listen about where people come from.] That sounds really pretty. My home is called Nippon, and I live at the northern most part, where it snows a lot.
[Action] /kicks lj
Auldrant is my world, yes. [....Sorry, Miyabi, you might have to lead the conversation until you get him comfortable, fff.]
[Action] Is it misbehaving again? :\
Does it ever snow there?
[Come on, man, be a little more sociable. She's trying, but there's only so much she could do without either ticking him off or being looked at funny.]
[Action] it's always misbehaving
[Action] This is so true it's almost sad.
Keterburg? That sound like Kamui, where I'm from. But...ours is going through a very bad blizzard. [She bites her lip, looking sideways.]
[Action]
Is that a problem?
[Action]
Yes...if the blizzard isn't stopped before the Day of Darkness, everyone in Kamui might freeze to death. Before I was taken here, Mother Amaterasu and Iss--my friend were trying to stop the demons responsible.
[Action]
[Action]
[She pauses, then blinks, crawling forward and peeking down at him.] Ah, I-I'm sorry--! I...I didn't mean to burden you with my troubles.
[Action]
Forget it. Every world has problems, and everyone deals with them differently.
[Action]
...I guess. What about your world, Asch? Can you tell me a little more? I've never even really seen much of my own world outside of Kamui. Just heard stories and rumors. It's nice to learn about other places.
[She's curious, and settles into his hair a little, moving strands of his hair back. She was considering leaving, too. He seemed tired, and she didn't want to bother him, but she did like his company, oddly enough. He seemed like the type who could use it once in a while.]
[Action]
What do you want to know?
[Action]
Anything you're willing to tell. [Let's start with something
hopefullysimple.] Where did you live before arriving here?[Action]
I wasn't living anywhere. Before I came here I'd been traveling for at least a year.
[Action]
I see...where did you travel to? Anywhere particular that you can recall?
[Action]
Everywhere. I've been to every city in the world, every piece of land in Auldrant. [In a manner of speaking; he hasn't exactly trekked over every inch of it, but he's been through all the important routes and a few of the secret ones, too.]
[Action]
Everywhere... [Miyabi sighs wistfully, wondering just what it was like. She felt so closed off, not ever being outside much of Kamui. The world must be so vast, and she had no idea of its true beauty.] What's it like? What did you see? Anything interesting or especially nice?
[Now she sounds a little excited. Details, man, details! She's an artist, she needs them to paint a vivid image in her mind.]
