Asch is wandering around the village a bit, looking for a good spot to practice some artes without killing anyone, maybe get some thinking done somewhere other than at home. He's not in any particular mood, good or bad, so if you're lucky you'll catch his good side. His journal is open since he's checking a folded map he's got attached to it, so if you're lucky, you might hear him muttering a bit.]

...so the lake's... further west from here. Damned trees turned me around...

Like hell-- [Asch's sword is keen on wiping that smirk off your face, boyo.]

Hey hey, I could've killed you just now. That makes me the victor, you know- hey, ow-! [Even with Asch flailing at him like some red-headed caveman, Guy still has to laugh. He really is predictable.]

[What, caveman. You jerk. Asch is going to shake it off and come at you again for that >:| He may be slower but he's resilient as a friggin' rock.] I'm not going to give up!

You know this is a spar, right? Not a battle for the fate of Auldrant. [Guy's tone is teasing, but it does hold a bit of a chiding sound. Really, the boy needs to learn how to relax.]

...That's not the point. If I don't take it seriously I won't improve at all. [He does relax a little, however; no sense in hurting either of them.]

Oh, this is for improving? I thought this was just to keep yourself from declining. I didn't know we were actually fighting each other. [That'll probably piss him off. Guy's totally bluffing anyhow.]

[Yep, pretty much. Asch promptly blows a gasket and throws a flying punch.]

[Hey, this is more like it! Guy tosses his sword aside and manages to block the punch from hitting his face by intercepting with his shoulder and proceeds to tackle Asch to the grass for some actual fun.]

[askjdhaskjf and the Key of Lorelei goes flying into the lake as Asch flails for balance and fails miserably, falling flat on his back.]

[Guy's considerably taller than Asch, but even with that advantage he doesn't have a lot of weight on him, so gives up on pinning him through force and attempts clever strategy.

AKA dirty tricks, like pinching, hair-pulling and perhaps if things got desperate, something of a more inappropriate variety.]

[You devil, you're going to get bitten if you're not careful. Asch is keen on rolling them to gain the upper hand, so let's see how that little maneuver goes.]

[Guy has long legs and good flexibility. Let's use a combo of the two to knee Asch in the gut.]

[OI. Almost playing dirty. Have a headbutt from the most hard-headed jerk in Auldrant.]

[Whaaaaat, he was being caref-OW. WHAT THE HELL ASCH-]

[Don't worry, Guy is trained in marine rescue! So get on the dock you stupid, stupid boy. He should've let you drown you big idiot.

Pant pant, dragging your fat ass and all your robes to the dock had been a lot of work. So Guy takes a moment to catch his breath, hugging the planks before turning to Asch with a very plain look.]

...you are one of the dumbest kids I've ever met.

[WHEEZE WHEEZE PANT. Hey, he could've swam, he just got tangled. >:| Rescue or not, you're getting a glare for that one.]

What the hell is that for!?

You rolled us into a lake.

[Pause.]

You ditz.

[.........................

And Asch responds by shoving Guy off the dock.]

[LSDFJSLDFKJ.] You-! [Guy grabs Asch's tabard and yanks.]

-sploosh!-

......goddammit.]

[And Guy just swims back over to the dock, hauls himself up and takes off his boots to shake the water out.]

[And Asch floats in the water for a bit, watching him and blowing sullen bubbles under the surface.

Guess what, Guy? You're getting splashed.]
