[Early in the morning, Asch is by the section of trees close to the river outside House 5, standing in the snow in just his uniform, holding the Key of Lorelei. He seems fixated on whatever it is he's doing, namely holding the Key tip-down into the snow, both hands on the end of the hilt, eyes closed as he focuses. Every few moments you might catch a slight glow around him, little more than a flicker before it fades.

Talk, harass, troll, lurk? He's open for bothering, though he won't like it. |D]

[Guy's just watching from the window for now; maybe he'll go out and see in a second. It's a bit obvious what Asch is trying to do though, so he's not too eager to interrupt.]

[It might take a while, but probably before too long Asch stops abruptly, pushing away from the sword and leaving it in the snow as he steps away to take a breather by the closest tree.]

[Asch glances sidelong as Guy approaches, arms crossed, then averts his eyes.] You were watching?

[ Haseo's out and about this morning. Of course, it doesn't look like he's slept, anyway. He's decided to look for any signs of Sakubo coming back, and will probably be doing these little strolls until the kid shows up safe and sound again.

He spots Asch, though, and is... vaguely curious. He doesn't want to be distracted, but he is, and he'll be watching for a little while, to try and figure out what he's doing. ]

[After a few moments, Asch opens his eyes and glances sidelong at Haseo, eyes narrowing slightly. He'd thought he heard something, and look at that.] ...What?

[Asch shifts slightly, looking away again.] You wouldn't understand even if I told you.

[is not much of a troll, or a harasser. Lurking, though, she can do. More of a walk in the snow that happened to take her past this way, really...and she can't help but watch Asch do whatever it is she's doing. Objectively, any kind of magic is pretty awesome to watch]

[It's not very impressive, admittedly- a few flickers of light, nothing more, though if she looks carefully she might notice the snow melting a little around the sword.]

[it's more than she could do. She won't interrupt him, but she won't go out of her way not to be noticed, either]

[Well, he's not the leader of special ops for nothing. Before long he looks over his shoulder to shoot her a wary look. Clearly he ought to have done this in the back, though he needed the river.]

That much should be obvious. [What with the glowing and the Key and all.]

[ Natalia is just stepping out of the house, all nice and wrapped up snugly in a cloak over her normal clothes, when she sees Asch there. And because the glowing is definitely out of the norm, she stands there and watches to see what he intends to do. ]

[It's short-lived, since the persistent failures are weighing on him. Before long he curses under his breath and pushes aside the Key, crouching down to check the snow.]

[He looks back at her, lips pursing slightly before turning back to the ground.]

...It's nothing. Don't worry about it.

[Because this just screams suspicious, Anastasia is watching this from behind a nearby tree. Trying her best to figure out what he's doing without actually asking.]

[Good luck to her, then, because the answer isn't one she can get just by watching. Meanwhile he's still flickering on and off like a dying light bulb.]

[That just means she'll have to come up with an explanation herself. Though she'll keep watching until he's finished, since she's never seen someone flicker before.]

[Oh, this'll be good. After a while he opts to stop for a breather, bending down in the snow, still gripping the sword.]
