[After getting violently ejected from his own house, Asch has set up temporary shop in Good Spirits until he figures out where to go (and whether or not to try and evict Guy and get his house back). Since Guy apparently hit his head and can't even remember working there, Asch is hoping that the bar will be the last place he'll have to worry about running into Guy again. And it's not like dealing with the shop is particularly hard; all you have to do is pour drinks and listen to people's griping, and what good is a replica if he can't do that in Asch's place? ...The listening part, anyway. Floating glasses of alcohol might give people the wrong idea.

So in short, Asch will be doing two things today: shopping and carrying groceries back to the bar to stock up, or hanging out in the bar and trying not to attempt to murder his invisible companion. Stupid drecks and their attempts at impressing him. He's not really used to being around a lot of people, so he easily forgets that he's the only one who can see Luke. Thus:]

I already told you to keep your feet on the ground. You could at least pretend to be normal.

[As her experiences of Luceti filter back to her, Buffy spends more time at Good Spirits. Today, she walks in to a mostly empty bar and, just as she is setting down her bag, is treated to just a smidgen of that crazy.]

Uhm, are you okay?

[Asch reddens immediately, lashing out at his hovering poltergeist - or at the empty air, from Buffy's perspective.]

I'm fine, forget it.

[Buffy gets one of those faces. The one that shows a little bit of disbelief and more than a little indignation.]

Yikes. Cranky, much? [With a familiarity that is still more than a little unfamiliar, Buffy makes her way behind the bar.] Give a girl the chance to screw up before you jump down her throat.

[First, Ted thought it was a guy arguing with someone too far to listen to. When she looked inside the bar, she realized there's a potential loony in there.

[And Asch continues his little bitchfest with Luke until he realizes that someone is watching him. DAMMIT, not again.]

[Tai, too, remembers coming to the bar a lot, so he pushes open the door and sees Asch... and also Luke. Of course, Luke is floating and seems to have an ethereal glow about him, just like the spirits back in her world... Is that what he is? Tai at least remembers that he hadn't seen Luke in a very long time... So he walks in, head lowered a bit at what this could imply.]

[Asch glances over as he enters, leaning slightly on the bar counter. Since he's not usually in the bar, he doesn't know about Ammy's usual visits, so he's puzzled by the wolf's presence. As well as what he looks so unhappy about.

The fact that she is now a he is completely lost on him /o/]

[Well, he was... He's not so sure anymore. Tai looks over at Asch - Squishyyy ♥ before he looks directly at Luke and tilts his head a bit to the side with a soft "Roo?". What happened to him?]

[It'll be a little while after Asch entered the bar that a white haired, glasses wearing female enters as well. That coat looks awfully familiar, doesn't it? Though a bit, ah...tighter - especially around the chest area. And the skirt is new. Oh, and the tights. And...stilettos.

Dist gives Asch a curious look as he yells to no one in particular. Whatever, let him have his tantrum. She was looking for Guy.]

[Shut up, Asch, Dist makes an oddly hot chick. Probably because he's so girly already. Dist sees Asch staring however, and huffs in irritation.]

It's impolite to stare, boy. [And just plain nasty. What are you, like...17? Gross.] Now go fetch that other boy. Guy, I believe his name was. I have to speak with him. Is he here?

[This is just your average everyday soldier of the opposing team coming into the bar. She raises her eyebrows a fraction at the sight of Asch manning the drinks, and grins at the way he talks to himself.]

[Oh geez, he's just a walk-in theater attraction at this point, isn't he? He's just going to give up on keeping any semblance of dignity. Oi.]

[Oh hey, it's Asch, one of the few humans that Ratatosk can tolerate. Doesn't mean he's going to go say hi, though.

... but then he notices Asch's derpy spirit caboose, and now he stops and just stares. He's gotta be seeing things.]

[If he's seeing things, he has a very active imagination, because Asch is now smacking the air where Luke hovers, the ghostly replica flinching as if he's actually getting hit, though Asch's hand just passes through him.]

[Hey, Asch. It's another B| faced redhead coming to bother you at the bar. He doesn't actually care about that freak-out, you can yell at empty air as much as you want as long as someone brings him a drink. Sigmund doesn't judge.

[Asch pauses in his feud with Luke as they both notice Anise walking in, and just. Sort of stare at her for a long moment. ...Huh.

And then Luke comments on it and Asch smacks him - the air - and turns to face her, lifting a brow. What do you want?]
